Maureen Kapral is the owner and principal designer of this local Las Vegas small business. Receiving her B.A. from the University of Tennessee/Knoxville has provided her with the tools necessary to run and grow a successful business.

She brings a wealth of experience in the window covering industry. Her career in the industry began (officially) in 2006 when she purchased a window covering franchise and ran it in Richmond, Virginia. Prior to that, she fabricated drapery and valances for friends and family out of her home. In 2008, she and her family relocated to Las Vegas, NV where she continued in the industry however, no longer as a franchise owner - that's when Roomers Window Fashions & More was founded. Having the experience of a franchise owner gave her hands-on knowledge of many manufactures. Knowing what manufacturers were the good, better, and best in products, performance and support enables her to provide the best solutions for her clients.

Over the course of this time, Maureen has been featured in a national trade publication and in a design style book for her soft treatment creations. Fabric, color and design has always been a driving passion of hers.

Prior to window coverings, her previous career as a City Manager for a fortune 500 company gave her experience to work with her clients in a consultative manner. This is the driving motivation for her business. She strives to assist clients with solutions that meet not only their functional needs, but also to bring beauty and style to enhance her client's spaces.
